A few weeks ago I let her out to do her business and the neighbors pit bulls played tug of war with her. I\\'d had Coco a long time and she was getting old. I knew she wouldn\\'t live to many more years, but really hated to see her go this way. She didn\\'t deserve it. We called city services and they wouldn\\'t even come out. Said it wasn\\'t an emergency! I have four grand daughters ranging in age from one year to 13. What if it had been one of them? ,The neighbors finally got rid of the pits. But seems to me that was too little too late.
