| Heroes |
Tim Houck... my youth pastor when I was in middle/highschool. He was a constant mentor and friend. He helped me grow in my faith and remain strong when things got tough. God's work through Tim is how/why I am in the place I am in now.
Winston Churchill- A man passionate about what he believed, a strong leader, who held to his beliefs. (this one line description is lame as he was so much more.)
Marie Morken- My grandmother... care, give, love
Brian Lenney- A friend... one of the most genuine people I know. The man knows the scripture and isn't afraid to use it. He is by far one of the most free people in Christ. I only wish the day will come where I have his knowledge and his freedom.
Mr. McBride- my history teacher in high school. Taught me, through his passion for this country, to love this country to care about her and to be passionate about her ultimate purpose though it sometimes seems lost in the mess.
John Hancock- a signer of the Declaration of Independence... knowing that anyone who signed this document would be persecuted many of the men signed there name very small almost hoping that the king couldn't read it or wouldn't destroy them first. This man was proud and unashamed of what he was doing and signed his name very large. On signing the Declaration he commented, "The British ministry can read that name without spectacles; let them double their reward."
