 How do I get into my account?
Solution

To get into your account, you must login to www.genebase.com using the login/email and password assigned to your account.  Follow these steps to access your account:

1.  Go to www.genebase.com

2.  Enter your username or login email and the password for your account.  If you have a DNA Ancestry Project test kit, the login information is included in your instruction booklet.  If you have forgotten your password, use the "forgot password?" feature at www.genebase.com to retrieve your password. 

3.  If you have lost or forgotten your login, starting a new separate account will NOT help, as your old information will NOT appear in your new account.  Occasionally, members have forgotten their login, started a separate account and wondered why their old information and data is not present in their new account.  If you have lost your login, you must retrieve it in order to access your account.  To retrieve your password, go to www.genebase.com and click "forgot your password?".  Your password will be sent to the email that is associated with your account.  This feature will only work if you had added your email to your account.
