How can I see the control panel of my account on your system?
Solution

Your control panel is your account at Genebase.  Whenever you see the statement "go to your control panel", it means that you need to go to www.genebase.com and login to your account.  From your account at Genebase, you can build your family tree, track your DNA test, download your test results, and make use of various project searches and activities.

In order to login to your account at Genebase, you need to have your login/email and password.  If you had signed up directly through Genebase, your login information is sent to you by email to the email address provided during sign up.  If you have ordered a DNA test, the login and password is provided to you in your order confirmation as well as in the User Guide provided inside the kit.

Do not lose your login information.  If you lose your login information, use the password retrieval system at Genebase to retrieve your password by email.  Do not start a new account if you lose your login information.  If you start a new account, the information in your old account will not be automatically transferred to your new account.
