I can access view your website on my friend’s computer but cannot view the site on my own computer. Why?
Solution

Please confirm if the spelling of "www.genebase.com" is correct.

Another reason the site is inaccessible may be due to a problem with your internet service provider. You can also check to see if there are any programs blocking the signal. i.e. firewalls.

Advanced computer users may facilitate the troubleshooting processing by following the instructions below:

For Microsoft Windows Users:

1) Click "Start" and choose "Run"

2) Type "cmd" and press "Enter"

3) In the pop-up window, type "tracert www.genebase.com". Wait for 30 to 40 seconds

4) Click on the small icon at the upper left corner of the pop-up window. Choose "Edit -> Select All".

5) You should see that the text in the pop-up window is hilighted. Press "Ctrl + C" to copy the text.

6) Send the copied text as an attachment to the Genebase support team using the contact support link below.
